Hi, I’m Nathan Newman
I started Near Estate because I saw too many good people get treated like a transaction during some of the hardest seasons of their lives. Big buyers with call centers and scripts don’t see the person on the other end — and that never sat right with me.
So we do things differently. When you reach out, you talk to a real person right here in Jacksonville. I take the time to understand what you’re facing, walk you through every option in plain English, and let you decide what’s best — with zero pressure either way.
